There is no contract, no notice period and no cancellation fee. This page explains exactly how stopping works and when money comes back to you.

Every new hall gets 14 days of full access without paying. We do not take a card, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that can start charging you by surprise.
If you do nothing at the end of the trial, the app simply locks. You will not be billed, chased or signed up to anything.
Hall Ease is paid one month at a time, by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast. There is no standing instruction on your account and no automatic deduction, so cancelling means exactly one thing: do not send the next payment.
Nothing else is required. You do not need to give notice, fill in a form or explain yourself. If you would like us to mark the account as closed so we stop messaging you about it, send us a message at 0320-4301860.
Your records are not deleted. When a subscription lapses the app locks, but every booking, client and payment you entered stays exactly as you left it. Pay again whenever you like and it is all there.
If you would rather we removed everything, ask us and we will permanently delete your account. If you want a copy first, ask for that too — we will send your data as a file before anything is deleted.
If Hall Ease is not worth what you paid, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify the decision — “it is not for us” is a complete answer.
The guarantee covers your first paid month. Because you also get 14 days free before that, you have a genuinely long time to find out whether this works for your hall before any money is at stake.
We refund by sending the money back to the same JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast account it came from. Message us and we will confirm the amount, then transfer it — normally within 5 working days.
There is no card processor involved in either direction, so nothing has to wait on a bank reversal.
You can move up or down between plans at any time and you only ever pay for the month ahead. Moving to a smaller plan is refused only while your account is still using more than that plan allows — for example more logins or more properties — and the app tells you exactly what to remove first.
If we withdraw the service, or a serious fault leaves you unable to use Hall Ease for an extended period, we will refund the unused part of your month without you having to ask, and give you your data as a file.
