Privacy policy

Hall Ease is built and operated by Teebtek Technologies. If you have any question about your information, message us on WhatsApp at 0320-4301860. A person from the team that builds Hall Ease will answer you.

Only what the product needs in order to work:

• Your account. Your name, your hall's name, your phone number and your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google — never your password.
• What you enter into the app. Your bookings, your clients' names and contact numbers, your event dates, your bills and the payments you record against them, your checklists and your properties.
• Subscription payments. When you pay for Hall Ease you upload a screenshot of the transfer. We store that screenshot in a private file store, readable only by your own account and by us, so we can check the payment and activate your plan.
• Ordinary technical records. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not ask for, and cannot receive, your card details — Hall Ease has no card payment system at all.

No other hall, ever. Every record you create is tied to your hall inside the database, and the database itself refuses to return another hall's records on every request. This is not a setting that can be turned off by accident — it is how your data is stored.

Inside your own account, the logins you create can see your hall's bookings, clients and payments. A manager cannot reach your subscription and billing, and cannot add or remove logins.

Inside our team, access is limited to the account and billing information we need in order to run your subscription, and to helping you directly when you ask us to. We do not read through your bookings or your client list for any other reason.

• We never sell your data, or your clients' data, to anyone.
• We never share it with other halls, agencies or marketers.
• We never use your client list to advertise anything to anyone.
• We do not run advertising networks or third-party trackers on the app you sign in to.

Hall Ease makes money in exactly one way: hall owners paying a monthly subscription. Your information is not a second revenue stream, and we have no intention of making it one.

We are a small company and we use established providers rather than running our own servers. Naming them is what makes the promise above checkable:

• Supabase — the database, sign-in system and file storage where your records and payment screenshots are held.
• Vercel — hosting for the website and app, including standard request logs.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with a Google account, and only to confirm who you are.

These providers operate their infrastructure outside Pakistan, so your data is stored and processed abroad. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

When you tap to call or WhatsApp a client from inside the app, your phone opens that app directly — we do not route the call or the message through our systems, and we do not keep a copy of what you send.

We keep your records for as long as your account exists, including while a subscription is lapsed — so that nothing is lost if you come back. Payment screenshots are kept while they may still be needed to settle a question about a payment, and are removed with your account when you close it.

It is your business, not ours. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send you your data as a file, or permanently delete your account and everything in it — whichever you ask for. There is no charge, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

We do this by hand rather than with a button in the app, so please allow a few working days.

Every connection to Hall Ease is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to your records requires signing in, and the separation between halls described above is enforced by the database on every request rather than by the app asking nicely.

No system can promise perfection. If anything ever happens that affects your data, we will tell you directly rather than hope you do not notice.

If we change how we handle your information in any way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell existing customers on WhatsApp.
