Questions hall owners ask us
Can another hall see my bookings or my clients?
No — never, under any circumstances. Every record is tied to your hall inside the database itself, and the database refuses to return another hall's rows on every single request. It is not a setting that can be switched off by mistake; it is how the data is stored.
Can your team see my data?
No other hall can ever see your data. Within our own team, access is limited to the account and billing information we need to run your subscription, and to helping you directly when you ask us to. We do not read through your bookings or your client list, and we never sell or share your information with anyone.
Do I need internet all the time?
No. Hall Ease works offline for the things you do most — if the signal drops at your hall, you can still record a booking and it will sync by itself the moment you are back online. You need a connection for the first load and to see changes your staff have made.
Can my manager see the money side?
A manager sees the same calendar, clients and booking payments you do, so they can actually do their job. What they cannot reach is your Hall Ease subscription and billing, and they cannot add or remove logins — those stay with the owner account only.
What happens when the 14 days end?
Nothing is deleted. Every booking, client and payment you entered stays exactly where it is. You simply choose a plan to carry on using the app — and if you decide it is not for you, you walk away without having paid anything, because we never took a card in the first place.
If I stop paying, do I lose my data?
No. If a subscription lapses the app locks until it is paid, but your records are kept, not erased. Pay again and everything is exactly as you left it. You can also ask us at any point to send you your data as a file.
Do I need training, or someone to set it up?
No. You sign up with your hall name and number, and you can put your next wedding in straight away. If you would like a hand, message us on WhatsApp and we will walk you through it ourselves — there is no fee and no consultant.
Is Hall Ease in Urdu?
The app itself is in plain, simple English, kept deliberately short so it is easy to follow. Our support is in Urdu — message us on WhatsApp and we will help you in whichever language you are comfortable with.
Can I run two halls on one account?
Yes. Royal covers 2 properties and Grand covers up to 10, each with its own calendar, under one account and one bill. Two venues can even hold a confirmed booking on the same night without clashing.
How do I pay, and who am I paying?
By JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast to the same number you message us on. You send the payment and upload the screenshot in the app, and we activate your plan once we have checked it. The account title is Teebtek Technologies, the company that builds and runs Hall Ease — so that is the name you will see before you confirm.
